"Whilst working on a holiday home refit in polzeath, I required someone to tile the walls and floor of a bathroom, which included a flush fitting shower tray.

I had two contractors come to talk it over with me, and due to it not being a shower tray they were familiar with, gave me a general “yeah, I’m sure we can make it work”, not confidence inspiring. I spoke with Matt who looked at it with me and understood what was needed. Not only that, and the reason I chose Matt to do the work , is that later that evening he sent me a message explaining that he’d been in contact with the manufacturers and had researched exactly how it would need to be tiled. This is what I was looking for. It goes without saying that the work itself that Matt completed was immaculate, from the layout of the tiles to the edging trims. But for me, it was the extra mile that Matt went to ensuring he knew exactly what he was dealing with before even starting the job. Preparation is key. Will only be looking to use Matt in the future."
